Terms and Conditions

All jobs undertaken by BAO Chauffeurs shall be contracted solely on the conditions set out therein.  Clients’ acceptance of a quote infers their acceptance of BAO Chauffeurs terms and conditions.

Our terms and conditions are as follows:


Charges

BAO Chauffeurs Services will provide an initial quote on receipt of a request for a chauffeur hire service. The price quoted will be at an hourly rate and the number of expected hours will be charged accordingly.


• BAO Chauffeurs request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any online bookings.

• If you would like to book a car with less than 24 hours notice - Please call us on: +44 (0)7779 794 726.


All charges will be invoiced after booking.  New customers will be expected to make payment in advance before the commencement of the job.  Account holders are expected to settle their account within 14 days of receipt of invoice.  Late payments will incur an additional charge.


Additional Charges:

For we-drive-your car service, the client is responsible for any additional charges these include fuel cost, toll fees, parking charges and ferries fees.  Clients are responsible for accommodating the driver for any overnight jobs and also for a £10 subsistence cost.  


For regular hire, costs are built into the hire charge per hour, excluding parking fees, congestion charges and toll fees. If there is any additional charge, clients will be informed accordingly.


Airport Charges

A surcharge will apply if the driver has to wait for the client for more than an hour, which is a standard hourly rate.


Available Hours

BAO Chauffeurs drivers are available everyday of the week.  Bank and Public Holiday bookings must be made at least 4 days in advance and will incur a special rate.


Cancellation Charges:

Any booking cancellation in less than 24 hours of the confirmed booking will incur a full hire charge.  


Changes to Route

Our chauffeurs are contracted by clients to drive to a predetermined destination.  If there is a need for any stopovers en-route or additional journeys, BAO Chauffeurs must be informed and clients will be billed accordingly for additional hours and costs incurred.


Delays

BAO Chauffeurs Drivers will ensure they provide a prompt and reliable service, however we will not be held responsible for any delays howsoever caused.


Deposit

There is a £50 non-refundable deposit for confirmed wedding bookings.

 

Due Diligence

All drivers will ensure they drive with due diligence at all times.  They will travel at a reasonable speed according to their judgement of traffic, road and weather conditions.  The chauffeur will choose the most suitable route he believes will get clients to their destination within a reasonable time.  


Hire Charges

BAO Chauffeurs will provide a quote on request.  The quote is valid for travel from client’s pick up point to destination as stated in quote request.  The hire charges commence once the chauffeur arrives at the pick-up address at the predetermined time.  If hours of hire are prolonged due to any delay on client’s part beyond hours quoted then BAO Chauffeurs will charge accordingly.  A minimum charge of two hours is payable for all jobs except airport transfers.  


Insurance

For we-drive-your-car service ONLY, clients must provide full insurance cover for our chauffeurs prior to commencing any job.  


Luggage

Clients are allowed a reasonable amount of luggage which should be specified at time of booking.  Any additional luggage not specified at time of booking may be refused or require an extra vehicle will incur an additional charge.


No Liability or Responsibility:

BAO Chauffeurs accepts no liability or responsibility for:

Delays caused by severe weather conditions

Amendments to travel times and road closures

Acts of God, Force Majeure, acts of war or strike

Any damage or theft to clients properties whilst in transit

Bodily injury, sickness or death of the client whilst in transit and being driven by BAO Chauffeurs.
